High-strength 2014-T6 aerospace aluminum alloy rated at 70,000 PSI ultimate strength . Laser etched bar trimming marks if you need to make them narrower . Laser etched positioning guides and logos . Knurled on the left end . Shot peened finish to increase fatigue life . Full 5mm wall thickness for maximum strength . Stainless hardware . Cold-forged crossbar . 28.5” width, 6.75” height, 1.75” pullback . 7/8” bar clamp diameter
